Minister Wayne E. Forte is a devoted husband, father of four, grandfather, and great-grandfather who has been faithfully married to Dr. Gladys S. Forte for 41 years.

A retired military veteran with over 23 years of honorable service, Minister Forte also retired after 22 years of dedicated service with the United States Postal Service. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Instructional Architecture and Design from Louisville, Kentucky.

In his ministry, Minister Forte faithfully serves the Men’s Board, facilitates the daily men’s prayer line, assists with monthly meetings, and oversees church maintenance. After organizing the Way Makers Maintenance Team, he successfully streamlined repair coordination and increased operational efficiency. He also conducts quarterly men’s services and actively serves in the couples’ ministry—teaching Bible studies and mentoring men to become stronger leaders in their homes, church, and community.

Currently, he serves as a substitute teacher with Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools, where he mentors ROTC students. Minister Forte is also the Co-Founder of A Balanced Life Ministries, where he hosts the Anchor of Hope podcast, sharing practical principles grounded in biblical truth.

His life’s calling is to encourage and equip men to pursue a better way of life—rooted in faith, leadership, and purpose.
